Our design team works to ensure your artwork is press ready and prepared for flexographic printing. In house prepress can handle text changes and modify artwork to be press ready including die lines, color management on substrates, separations and plate burning.
Flexographic printing is a versatile printing technique which can be used for printing on almost any type of substrate, including plastic, metallic films, cellophane and paper. It is widely used for printing on the non-porous substrates required for various types of food packaging.
Also referred to as expanded gamut, Dama Packaging offers seven color printing to ensure the desired color is achieved by adding more colors to a conventional four-color setup. Adding the additional colors to the traditional CMYK range, printers increase overall color range, as well as reduce press setup time and increase press efficiency. This also opens the possibility to run more combos, reduce initial plate costs and obtain volume pricing.
Solvent and solvent-less adhesive lamination capabilities that allow for application on a variety of films at high speeds. Adhesive lamination also offers exceptional print registration.
The Dama Packaging team is available to brainstorm and collaborate with clients to ensure your packaging meets the goals of all stakeholders. Our experts can assist in creating innovative packaging or stand-up pouch prototypes, printed with your own graphics and other value-added features that provide convenience and shelf impact. Dama is available for onsite visits to discuss needs and troubleshoot.
